Darwen Town Council works on behalf of its residents to create a vibrant community which welcomes new opportunities which benefit our town and brings people together. We support Blackburn in Darwen Borough Council by running events and projects to promote Darwen and provide funding in the community through our partnership with Crown Paints as part of the Crown Awards.
